Exchange & Return Policy

At Global Distributors, we are committed to your satisfaction. Our return policy is simple: if you are not fully satisfied with any of our products, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange, no questions asked.

To initiate a return, please email us at returns@gd.com.pk with your order number and relevant details within 3 days of receiving your order.

Return Instructions:

Include a copy of your invoice and state the reason for returning the item(s).
Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise via a traceable delivery service, such as courier or registered post, at their own expense.
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned products.
